Are there requirements to join the network?
To be a part of Her Lawyer’s independent network, attorneys must:
- Have 5 years of specialized experience in the desired area of practice
- Carry malpractice insurance
- Be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Provide a free, 15-minute (or more) initial consultation
Is there a revenue share, fee split, or marketing cost?

What happens after I accept a client from Her Lawyer?
The client is yours; we don’t communicate with the client any further. Our role is simply to connect the client and attorney.

Each potential client (lead) is asked to provide their phone number and email. You can either give the client a call or contact them via email to schedule an initial consultation.
How will I receive/be notified of new leads?
You’ll be added to our Lead Management System (LMS), where you’ll be notified by email of new leads. Case intakes, descriptions, purchases, and refund requests are processed through our LMS.
