Are there requirements to join the network?

To be a part of Her Lawyer’s independent network, attorneys must:

  • Have 5 years of specialized experience in the desired area of practice
  • Carry malpractice insurance
  • Be in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Provide a free, 15-minute (or more) initial consultation
Is there a revenue share, fee split, or marketing cost?
No, there are no fees additional to the price per lead.
How much does it cost to be part of the network?
There is NO cost to be a part of our network: no subscription/initial fees are necessary. The only cost you pay is per lead.
How many leads will I get?
The amount of leads you receive is dependent on your needs and preferences.
How can I increase the number of leads I receive?
Ask and you shall receive! Let us know about how many leads you’d want per month and we’ll aim to get you that.
What type of cases will be offered to me?
Only the types of cases you ask for. After your application, we’ll contact you and ask you about the types of cases you’d like to receive. And you can update us regarding what types of cases you want or don’t want. Every lead is qualified by geography and area of practice before being sent to an attorney. If a lead is outside either, a refund will be provided.
Is this legal in my jurisdiction?

Her Lawyer operates within the permittance of cooperative advertising by the State Bar of California.

What happens after I accept a client from Her Lawyer?

The client is yours; we don’t communicate with the client any further. Our role is simply to connect the client and attorney.

How do I make arrangements to represent a client?

Each potential client (lead) is asked to provide their phone number and email. You can either give the client a call or contact them via email to schedule an initial consultation.

How will I receive/be notified of new leads?

You’ll be added to our Lead Management System (LMS), where you’ll be notified by email of new leads. Case intakes, descriptions, purchases, and refund requests are processed through our LMS.
